  • A Blue­print (agreed smile and bite goals)
  • Con­trol of den­tal dis­ease prior to implant place­ment (to reduce bac­te­ria in the mouth)
  • A com­mit­ment to hav­ing a soft diet for 2 months (dur­ing implant bone integration)
