Don’t forget to Brush and Floss!

It may seem obvious, but during stressful times, it’s easy to fall out of routine and forget important steps to look after ourselves. That includes, looking after our teeth and gums. Something else you may not be aware of is that during stressful times, our gums can also show the burden of stress. Red and swollen gums can be the result of added stress to our bodies, so it’s even more important to brush and floss our gums daily to look after our mouth and body.

We have created a list of ‘Tips and Tricks’ for you to help reduce the risk of needing a dental emergency during this time. Importantly, make sure you have your next Oral Hygiene appointment pre-scheduled, even if you need to change it closer to the time. Once life goes ‘back to normal’, there will be many people wanting to have a really good ‘clean’ around their teeth. Book now and get the time you want when the time is right.

Until then, we hope these tips will help you in getting through the Covid-19 period with a healthy and fresh mouth!
